I am not the plan holder, but can I buy a cell phone without the plan holder?
What I want to ask is that my father is the plan holder in the family which means he pays the bill and such, but I want to get a cell phone and we never have time to go together. Is it possible for me to buy a phone without him being there and still be on his plan? I have T-Mobile.
