I'm having an interview over the phone for a help desk job, and need to know Outlook. What's most important?
My recruiting agent told me to know about Outlook. He mentioned signatures. He also said to know about mapping drives and connecting network printers. Was he referring to Outlook, or Windows in general? If it is Windows I have no problems, but I've never heard of mapping drives and connecting network printers to Outlook. Makes sense right? Someone please answer this question, and also give me some pointers about Outlook and what I should know. I greatly appreciate it!
haha, this is funny because I had a similar situation a while ago when applying for a job. Go onto google and search Outlook tutorial and it will show you how to use it.
