How do you start a whole new life free from an abuser?/ create a new life? I want to be a stranger to him?
I changed my leagal name, and just left. I used my abusers adreess to open a bank account, and gave my bank my new address once I got one. My mistake, the bank mailed a letter to my abusers adress,and cut off my access to the accounts b.c. the name change. So, I stayed where I was now and yes, changed my name again everything smothed over at the bank.
This i did correctly; I updated my social with the new name, and the office mailed my new card to me.
I started my own busines, got an ein and registered it under my new address.
My abuser found me, first my phone number. 2nd, just yesturday they told me that the social security office had sent me something.
It was a miscellaneous paper
they had used me current adress, but said that they don't maintain addresses and so locked up irs file.
1. change again,go to vegas , it'll give a homeles person a new social if it's lost.
2. move to a new country w/ a new name?
3. go live in some forest, like a hermit?
stop running and hit back get help and support instead of living always looking over your shoulder
