Unable to Connect to Broadband via Telephone Extension?
My father has had a telephone ext put in upstairs for broadband but unfortunately we cannot connect to the internet. A telephone works perfectly fine but not broadband. We were advised to get a RJ11 which we have but it still won't work - any ideas please?
I had this problem, if he's using an extention cable make sure it's a new one, and the RJ11 are not faulty, also try doing a restart.
this was the one thing I forgot todo and after, it worked
