Need help. Any one knows how to configure DHCP?

I have Adtran Netvanta 3200 model router. Need either a link or step by step configuration.
Thanks for your help in advance.

Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol is a set of rules that allow networked devices such as computers, routers and network adapters to communicate with a DHCP server. The DHCP server assigns unique Internet Protocol addresses to each device and provides other data such as the IP addresses of the Domain Name Servers, the default gateway and the subnet mask.
The following steps will show how to configure DHCP on a PC with Windows XP:

Step 1
Use the left mouse button to select the Start button, pick Settings to open the Control Panel and double click on Network Connections. This will bring up the Network Connections window.

Step 2
Open the Local Area Connection icon to display the Local Area Connection Status window. Press the Properties button to display the Local Area Connection Properties window.

Step 3
Ensure there is a device, usually a modem or Ethernet card, in the first panel. If there isn't, you will need to contact your network administrator to provide further assistance.

Step 4
Highlight the line labeled Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the second panel by left clicking on it. If this line isn't listed, contact your network administrator for further assistance. Press the Properties button to show the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window.

Step 5
Write down your current configuration settings for future reference. Select the option labeled "Obtain an IP address automatically." Also, pick "Obtain DNS server address automatically." Press the OK button to apply the changes and close the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window. Press the OK button to close the Local Area Connection Status window.
